The property check itself is free of charge and without obligation. The work afterwards is calculated at regular rates — room cleaning from 17 € per room, apartment turnover from 45 € per unit, each net, excluding VAT and depending on the property. We deliberately do not offer a free trial clean: it could not be delivered properly below the minimum wage floor in the German building-cleaning trade.
